Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal availability for core products, new launches, and key promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve rolling demand forecasts
  • Capture market insights, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Lead monthly Demand Review process
  • Manage demand planning for product lifecycle events including launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and discontinuations
  • Analyse point-of-sale (POS) data and market trends to adjust forecasts and identify demand patterns
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of Demand Planning experience within FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a dynamic supply chain environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Proven track record of managing demand forecasts for complex product portfolios
  • Strong proficiency in demand planning systems and ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset: Analytical ability to operate in a complex planning environment and generate actionable insights
