Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to play a key role in coordinating and optimizing the flow of liquid milk across our supply chain.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute short-term supply plans for liquid milk products, ensuring efficient movement of milk for production and distribution while balancing demand and supply.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Orientate daily production and supplier capacity models to optimize resource utilization.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead inputs into the S&OP process, acting as a key contact for Supply Review.
  • Mange wastage and write-offs within defined business targets.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Planning, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
