- Identify and implement improvements in the payroll process.
- Proven experience in managing complex payrolls, ideally with a strong background in Enterprise Agreements.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP software.
- Deep understanding of Australian payroll laws, taxation, and superannuation policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
