About The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities. This includes ensuring accurate salaries, wages, superannuation, and deductions in compliance with relevant legislation and Enterprise Agreements.

  • Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish.
  • Verify that all payroll calculations are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for seamless payroll management and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably with complex Enterprise Agreements.
  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
