This role involves end-to-end delivery of quality and compliance activities within regulatory frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Support internal/external systems to ensure compliance with required regulations and customer requirements.
- Assist with audits, third-party suppliers, and assessments/investigations.
- Monitor and report on regulatory activities and requirements.
- Perform administrative duties for the safety management system database.
- Experience with continuous improvement principles and ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Knowledge of Quality Management frameworks in a large organisation.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation or equivalent exposure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
- Customer service and safety-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven individual with strong initiative and self-direction.
You will work in a maintenance environment and upscale customer areas. You must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and be willing to undertake various assessments as part of the selection process.
Physical Demands:- The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas.
- The employee is frequently exposed to vibration and occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace.
