The Role:

As Trust Administrator, you are responsible for providing sales trust support to our Sales and Rental Team. About You

Ideally have experience working in real estate as a bookkeeper or a trust accounts administrator.

You are comfortable working to deadlines, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while upholding OBrien Real Estate Rowville's core values.

We would love you to have:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Experience reconciling end of month, BAS, Payroll
  • Knowledge of Xero is essential
  • Knowledge of Agent Box CRM is important
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage queries autonomously, effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team environment or independently
  • Initiative, problem-solving superpowers, and a can-do attitude

Your typical responsibilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations for sales and rental trust accounts
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure accuracy in account details
  • Following up on marketing payments from the Admin Team
  • Processing marketing refunds and deposits when required
  • Ability to interpret data and identify data anomalies within our systems
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and end of month reporting
  • Support Sales and Rental team ensuring accounts and trusts balance
