Job Title: Payroll Specialist
About the RoleThe Payroll Specialist plays a pivotal role in our Corporate Services team, responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensure accurate salaries, wages, superannuation, and deductions in compliance with relevant legislation and agreements.
- Utilize SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and other stakeholders for optimal results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably with complex Enterprise Agreements.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP, with a strong understanding of their applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation principles.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
