Job Title: Payroll Specialist

About the Role

The Payroll Specialist plays a pivotal role in our Corporate Services team, responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure accurate salaries, wages, superannuation, and deductions in compliance with relevant legislation and agreements.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and other stakeholders for optimal results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably with complex Enterprise Agreements.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP, with a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation principles.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
