  • A drive to develop deal flow and build your network to originate mandates.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with conviction to execute across the full spectrum of M&A deals.
  • Technical and time management skills to deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple demands.
  • An understanding of market and economic trends impacting clients, with a voice in the market.
  • Exposure to the Natural Resources sector is highly preferred.
  • A commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
