Arts Sector Growth Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Strategy and Programs unit, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating policy, strategies, programs and initiatives that foster the growth and sustainability of Queensland's arts sector.

  • Job Description:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the arts sector in Queensland.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges in the arts sector.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and programs.
  • Provide expert advice on strategic planning and policy development.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as Arts Management, Business Administration or Policy Development.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and policy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
