About the Role

As a Consumer Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive consumer growth and engagement. This includes defining our core consumer growth strategy, making key decisions on budget allocation, and leading the execution of campaigns to acquire, grow & retain consumers.

  • Working closely with marketing team to amplify consumer value and create buzz-worthy moments.">
  • Own consumer calendar and coordinate with other LOBs to ensure right breadth of offers in market while efficiently deploying incentives budget.">
  • Create high-performance and fun team environment for direct reports.">
