Community Engagement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Leader to spearhead our community development initiatives. This key role will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy that fosters growth, retention, and collaboration among our B Corp members.
- Foster strategic relationships with stakeholders across various customer segments through our relationship management system.
- Develop and execute a community engagement plan, providing support for B Corps as they adopt new standards for certification.
- Establish a community health monitoring framework, coordinating research and feedback from B Corp members.
- Identify and mitigate risks, serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership or critical concerns.
- Lead the events team in delivering impactful community events and training programs, including B Lab-hosted and B Local volunteer-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Experience Manager to design pathways and frameworks supporting collective action among B Corps.
- Work closely with Certification, Growth, and Communications functions to optimize recertification and retention rates.
- Manage and develop the community engagement team, tracking progress and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation.
