The Director Membership, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement will spearhead AfPA's efforts to strengthen member engagement, retention, and growth. This includes conducting outreach to ensure member needs and priorities are understood and addressed.

To drive these initiatives, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the flexible pavement industry, and experience in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
