Director of Student Engagement and Metrics

The college seeks an innovative leader to oversee co-curricular programs, fostering student growth and engagement across the student lifecycle.

This role involves collaborating with leaders to create opportunities for breadth and depth in learning, ensuring all experiences are connected to curriculum and educational purpose.

Working closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning, you will drive a proactive approach to data analytics, visualisation, and storytelling to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will support strategic goals by leading the use of data analytics and metrics to improve student outcomes.

You will lead the design of high-quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs to further enhance student engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing co-curricular programs
  • Collaborating with academic staff to ensure alignment with curriculum and pedagogy
  • Leading the use of data analytics and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Designing high-quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs
