Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist Role

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices and support senior stakeholders in making informed recruiting decisions.
  • Lead the execution of hiring initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, employee growth, and overall team well-being.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future job openings, working closely with hiring managers to identify key needs.
  • Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Source top candidates through various channels and establish a network of potential future hires.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as source-of-hire and time-to-hire.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout all stages.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Ability to execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
