High-Performance Trading Engineer

This is a highly demanding and challenging role for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, data, and high-performance trading in a globally distributed environment.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Linux-based development environments for multiple engineering teams, building and maintaining deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure, and owning and overseeing CI/CD ecosystems.

Key skills include strong programming skills in scripting languages (Python or Bash) and systems languages (C/C++), proficiency in SQL, experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and configuration management tools (Ansible), exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS), and familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Splunk).

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based development environments for multiple engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure.
  • Own and oversee CI/CD ecosystems.
  • Coordinate production releases, including validation and post-deployment checks.
  • Monitor the health and performance of CI/CD infrastructure and developer toolchains.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong programming skills in both scripting languages (Python or Bash preferred) and systems languages (C/C++ preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and configuration management tools (Ansible).
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Splunk).
