About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spray Coatings Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to heavy vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish and enhancing their aesthetic appearance.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional results by preparing surfaces, selecting appropriate paints and materials, and utilizing spray painting techniques to achieve desired results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Signing off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
  • Completing paint jobs in accordance with established processes and procedures
  • Maintaining spray booths and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A trade qualification in spray painting (essential)
  • Experience in the collision industry (preferable)
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's license
