About the Position

Key Responsibilities
">Collaborate with our adviser to ensure seamless client outcomes.
Support the adviser in managing client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of advice.
Manage communications with clients and external stakeholders.
Prepare advice documentation and regulatory forms including renewal notices.
Manage fund transfers, applications, redemptions and associated investment administration tasks.
Manage life insurance applications, implementation and modifications.
Onboard new clients, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and data entry are handled efficiently.
