About the Position

We're on the hunt for a driven, people-focused Team Leader to take charge of our proactive, phone-based Client Experience team. Your mission? Lead from the front, keep performance high, and make sure every client interaction is nothing short of exceptional.

Your role and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a motivated client experience team.
  • Overseeing outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
  • Managing KPIs, time, and workflow so the team is always ahead of the game.
  • Auditing calls and processes to keep quality sharp and service consistent.
  • Spotting training needs and helping your team grow.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or similar leadership role, preferably in a client service or call centre environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
