About the Position

As a driven Team Leader, your mission is to keep performance high, ensure every client interaction is exceptional, and make a meaningful impact on both our clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a motivated client experience team.
  • Oversee outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
  • Manage KPIs, time, and workflow to ensure the team is always ahead of the game.
  • Audit calls and processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Identify training needs and help your team grow.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or similar leadership role, preferably in a client service or call centre environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
