Fit-Out/Refurb Contracts Specialist

A great opportunity to work with a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the subcontract process, including negotiating and reviewing subcontract tenders, preparing and checking subcontract packages, and monitoring subcontractors to ensure adherence to environmental commitments and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction or a related field, and at least 2-3 years' experience in the construction industry. They will also possess strong financial analysis and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
