We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Sydney area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and project budgets
  • Supporting project delivery teams from contract award through to final accounts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years' experience in contract administration within the fit-out/refurb sector
  • Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Jobpac or similar)
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

This is a mid-senior level position working on a contract basis. Delivering top-notch results requires a strategic approach to project management, effective time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

You will work closely with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, and drive project progression.
