Contract Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in the heart of Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside a collaborative team of project managers, site managers, and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and project budgets
  • Supporting project delivery teams from contract award through to final accounts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years' experience in contract administration within the fit-out/refurb sector
  • Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
