- Specialized nursing professionals will work in cutting-edge environments, caring for premature or critically ill newborns and children with complex needs.
Collaboration with neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied healthcare professionals will drive exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates and critically ill infants
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, fluids, and nutritional support
- Operate advanced equipment such as ventilators and incubators
- Provide resuscitation and emergency care when required
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Applicants must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RNs) with AHPRA or NCNZ
- Postgraduate qualification in neonatal/paediatric nursing preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NICU, PICU, paediatrics, or maternity care
BLS, ALS, and NRP certifications are mandatory for this position.
Salary Range:Australia: Base Salary AUD $70,000 – $105,000/year
New Zealand: Base Salary NZD $65,000 – $95,000/year
