This is a challenging role that requires experience in neonatal nursing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
The Role- Provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a NICU environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Apply evidence-based practice to deliver safe and effective care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in neonatal care. You will also be working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes and improve our service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist neonatal care to critically ill newborns
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
Requirements:
- Certified Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA registration
- Extensive experience in neonatal nursing across SCN, HDU, and NICU settings
- Postgraduate certificate in neonatal nursing or higher
- Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
