The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented support professional looking to step up into a more senior role. In this position, you will report directly to the Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to senior executives. The executive leadership team is committed, approachable, and genuinely supportive - fostering an environment where your ideas and growth are encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules for senior executives
  • Book and coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries as well as expense management
  • Prepare, format and proofread reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team
  • Support the planning of key events, offsites, and team activities
  • Help maintain an organised and efficient office environment
  • Work closely with the wider administration team on shared tasks
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a corporate support or administrative role (corporate or professional setting)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Clear and professional communication skills – written and verbal
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of discretion, trust, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
