We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage reservations and guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reservation schedules, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, respond to their needs, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Maintain precise records, reports, and analysis as required.
  • Contribute to a productive and respectful work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and MS Office.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
