Job Description:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly skilled multidisciplinary team who are collaborative, supportive, and fun. You will be provided with all the tools, support, and training to set you up to succeed in your career.

The role involves working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also be responsible for completing various assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA
  • Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Compassion and kindness, with the ability to empathize with clients and their needs
