Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client goals and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to implement effective workplace modifications and injury prevention strategies
  • Deliver educational programs and workshops on workplace health and safety, ergonomic principles, and return-to-work strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or related field
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field is highly regarded
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
