This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team who are collaborative, supportive and fun.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the support and training to succeed in your career, working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

  • You will be responsible for case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management (caseloads are manageable, with support from Rehabilitation Assistants).
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations.
  • Delivering our virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Clinical knowledge and skills in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
