Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their clinical expertise and knowledge of injury prevention and workplace education programs to support individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Caseload management with the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes through case management, assessments and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with employers, employees, medical professionals and allied health specialists to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy.
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA.
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships with clients, employers and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
