About the OpportunityThis role involves driving and delivering business growth, supporting more people to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives. You'll be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting business opportunities through exceptional relationship management skills in a defined region. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a national growth and sales culture that sets industry benchmarks
- Developing and implementing effective processes for relationship management, opportunity nurturing, and conversion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funding bodies
- Identifying, assessing, and onboarding clients while ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborating with operations and support divisions to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability space
- A deep understanding of the NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, case managers, and other key stakeholders
- Experience transitioning NDIS participants from hospital settings
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of work rights
- Possibility of intra and interstate travel
