Room Leader Opportunity

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to implement developmentally appropriate programs for young children, in partnership with other educators, families, and children. As a key member of our team, you will plan, reflect, work, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a play-based learning environment responsive to children's strengths and abilities. Your daily routines will include implementing programs that reflect cultural backgrounds and emerging skills and interests of children.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for children, in partnership with other educators, families, and children.
Implement daily routines, maintain records of child development, and continuously reflect and improve children's learning.
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive educational programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks. You will also bring with you:
Ability to lead and manage a team of educators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
Ability to learn and understand early childhood development theories.
