Virtualization Backup Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Virtualization Backup Specialist to support the Veeam Backup and Replication solution.

The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge of virtualization, backup, and replication technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
  • Acting as a technical focal point in relationships with fellow IT Professionals
  • Taking ownership of customer problems or issues from the beginning of a support case through resolution
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Advanced user or administrative level with Windows OS 2008(r2), 2012(r2), and 2016
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, networking configuration, and troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS)
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
