About the Role
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, creating a great first impression. You will also be booking and amending appointments, answering phones, and updating patient records. Additionally, you will support the Practice Manager and clinical team with smooth practice operations, process payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs, and Medicare, access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality, and provide high-end patient care and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient-focused individual with exceptional customer service skills is required. An organised and detail-oriented individual who can build rapport with patients is essential.
Working Arrangements
This is a casual position with open availability for adhoc roster shifts (Monday to Friday). Previous Medical/Allied Health Reception experience is advantageous, and experience with Best Practice Software is preferable.
