Job Description

This exciting opportunity encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting the Practice Manager with day-to-day tasks and project work
  • Managing accounts receivable and preparing banking transactions
  • Liaising with clients on debtors management
  • Supporting bookkeeping data-entry and IT tasks
  • Providing internal IT support and liaising with external providers
  • Assisting with the 'Move to Cloud' project
  • Maintaining office and property operations
  • Supporting practice management database and systems maintenance
  • Developing firm policies and procedures as required
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Completing project work on scanning files and records
  • Providing beverages for directors and visitors
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required
