Administrative Support for Claims Teams

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly and busy team environment and would like to enhance their career.

As a member of our NSW Workers Compensation claim teams, you will provide administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lodging new personal injury claims and validating details for accuracy
  • Gathering, investigating, and following up on additional information to complete lodgements
  • Preparing, proofreading, and sending outbound correspondence
  • Managing incoming and outgoing claim information, including digital indexing, scanning, and archiving
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for injured workers where required
  • Handling complex escalations from business partners
  • Reviewing and releasing claim documentation in line with privacy regulations
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as organisation and time management skills.
