
Claims Team Coordinator

As a member of our NSW Workers Compensation claim teams, you will provide administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lodging new personal injury claims and validating details for accuracy
- Gathering, investigating, and following up on additional information to complete lodgements
- Preparing, proofreading, and sending outbound correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing claim information, including digital indexing, scanning, and archiving
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for injured workers where required
- Handling complex escalations from business partners
- Reviewing and releasing claim documentation in line with privacy regulations
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as organisation and time management skills.
