This role involves coordinating the daily operations of the NSW claims team. You will be responsible for managing customer service and administration tasks related to property insurance claims.

About the Role:

You will work closely with clients, internal staff, and customers to keep them informed about their claims, ensuring a seamless claims process. Your key responsibilities include processing new allocations, providing administrative support to the estimating team, scheduling appointments across NSW, submitting quotes and reports via client portals, and handling inbound phone calls from insurers, customers, and trades.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Insurance and/or building industry knowledge (desirable)
