Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Vicinity Centres.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth across our centres. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering marketing events and activities, with a strong understanding of the local competitive landscape and key customer insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Plan and project manage all events, campaigns, and activations, including install, dismantle, risk assessments, and day-to-day management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring regular communication and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Manage financial aspects of marketing budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and campaign management.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing results and driving customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
