As a senior leadership professional, you will provide strategic direction and support to the Home Assessing team to ensure they have a clear understanding of their accountability and skills are developed to support business performance.

  • Act as key liaison between internal & external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.\
  • Work closely alongside the Commercial Manager to develop procurement processes that align with business objectives.\
  • Lead and drive capability team meetings with your Direct Report(s) to develop frameworks that produce a highly engaged and technically strong, customer-focused home and office-based Desktop Home Assessing team.\
  • Coach, develop, mentor, and support your Direct Report(s) to ensure team performance exceeds key performance indicators and service standards.\
  • Escalate complex negotiations and high-profile disputes, working closely with the Claims Management Team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.\
  • Implement and oversee regulatory frameworks to ensure risks are stringently managed.\
  • Monitor, manage, and audit tactical supplier performance to ensure agreed Procurement protocols are executed in accordance with contractual and best practice standards.\
  • Identify and report on key trends within the Home Assessing & Supply team and external practices that present risks or opportunities to the business.\
  • Collaborate across the end-to-end Home value chain to ensure controls deliver against overall business objectives.\
  • Lead the Home Assessing Team through Change Programs.\

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience, minimum 5 years, with a proven track record of driving team performance and capabilities.\
  • Strong knowledge of the Home Assessing, Building Repair and Restoration environment.\
  • Experience leading teams and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
