Design Training Programs

An exciting opportunity to design and develop high-quality training, assessment materials for job-ready outcomes.

The role involves managing the development of new training and assessment materials and training manuals. You will work within relevant RTO Standards, Rules, Guidelines and compliance frameworks to ensure quality and compliant training programs.

You will identify training needs for various job roles and develop Training and Assessment Strategies appropriate for the identified learner cohorts/staff. The role also includes validating training programs and developing assessment tools that accurately assess a learner's competency to relevant training package and industry standards.

  • Cert IV Training and Assessment or Equivalent (Essential)
  • Advanced working knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and prepare training material
  • Demonstrated ability to update existing materials to reflect modern templates, learning practices and design
  • Ability to research and implement new innovations in learning design

This is a 6-month fixed term role requiring occasional travel to sites throughout regional Victoria. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, please apply today
