Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs, observing and reviewing programs, and deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content.

  • Collaborate with educators to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
  • Lead transformative changes in educational practice and champion excellence in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also have experience in developing and implementing educational programs and a strong understanding of child development and early years content.
