Program Development Manager

We are seeking a Program Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality services and programs across Inner Gippsland.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex programs, community development, and engagement, with strong skills in operational planning, innovation implementation, and program evaluation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to team members to achieve positive and effective outcomes for children and families
- Develop and deliver high-quality, consumer-centric services and programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative methodologies that enable consumer participation and inclusion
- Participate in operational planning and localized team, program, and service planning
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, Social Science or a related discipline
- Experience in developing and leading complex programs/services in the delivery of high-quality, consumer-and/or community-centric services
- Demonstrable supervisory experience preferably in the children, youth and family sector
- Valid and current Driver's Licence
