Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales representative to join our team at Carrara. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process orders and payments, and maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences for all customers (walk-in, email, and phone)
  • Assist in day-to-day activities within the store
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or trade counter sales
  • Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved)
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
