Job DescriptionAs F&B Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across all food and beverage offerings.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing operational requirements, including rostering, reporting, ordering, and stock take.
You will work closely with your team to create memorable experiences for our guests, exceeding their expectations and driving revenue growth. Your expertise will help shape the direction of our F&B operations, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Similar experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A passion for food and beverage, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to lead by example, promoting a positive team culture and driving performance excellence.
