About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Information Manager to support the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of an enterprise Records Management system. The successful candidate will oversee system queries and requests, assist with process improvement initiatives and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our organisation's enterprise Records Management program.
- Assist in administering system and business records management functions, including folder/file creation, closure, storage, retrieval, archiving, sentencing and disposal.
- Manage inbox support and ServiceNow requests.
- Assist with user onboarding, training and ongoing education.
- Identify new ways to support the organisation through content creation, capture and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience and expertise in managing data and information sources.
- Understanding of records and document management practices.
- Experience working with Information Management frameworks.
- Experience with collaboration tools, content and capture solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
