Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Information Officer plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of an organisation, supporting best practice information management and maximising the use of content management systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily operational tasks, including correspondence processing and document management functions in a timely and efficient manner, according to relevant records management guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Provide expert records advice to ensure organisational records are managed in accordance with records policies and procedures and PROV requirements.
- Contribute to maintenance, cleansing and reporting activities of Records Management systems to ensure data integrity.
- Support knowledge transfer and capacity building within the team.
- Maximise the utilisation of Content Manager through education and training and the delivery of improvements that support operational efficiencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple project activities based on urgency.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise and plan tasks within an agreed timeline.
- High level attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and related information.
