This role involves providing expert advice and support to staff on the preservation and disposal of records and information. The ideal candidate will have intermediate level proficiency in using Microsoft Products (MS Excel, Word and SharePoint) and reporting component in Information Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and training to staff on preservation and disposal of records and information
  • Produce reports and perform analysis of data to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Conduct auditing and appraisal of information to determine retention or destruction in accordance with legislation and standards
  • Act as an administrator on the compliance unit of the EDRMS Electronic Document Records Management System to ensure accurate classification and retention of records
  • Report defects and suggest improvements to the EDRMS compliance function
