Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Care Support Specialists. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks and activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them feel valued and connected.
  • Support residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding residents.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 months paid experience in Aged Care.
  • Valid National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.
