Support Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Support Care Specialists in Melbourne, Victoria.
As a valued member of our care team, you will provide supportive care to residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance and accessing social activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality aged care services to residents
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care and mobility
- Encourage participation in social activities and promote independence
- A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Police Check and Blue Card
- A passion for delivering quality aged care services and making a positive impact in the lives of residents
