Support Specialist - Community Care

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our community care team. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients in their own homes, providing personalized support to help them live independent and fulfilling lives.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing transportation assistance as needed
  • Assisting with the use of mobility aids and personal equipment
  • Supporting clients with activities of daily living
  • Conducting light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping tasks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or a related field, along with a valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certification. You should also have clear communication skills, a passion for caring for older members of our community, and a desire to make a difference in someone's everyday life.
